What is quite peculiar…
Is that amidst my absence I have begun to lose followers on Tumblr. Now, I’ve not been one to dabble in the science of Tumblr politics, but this finds me quite perplexed. Is it the lack of content that made those users decide to cut ties? Or worse, is the diminished following a result of someone going back, reading my earlier work, and recognizing for themselves that it’s not the kind of material they could stand being subjected to in the future?
Whatever the case, I am intrigued by the mannerisms of people on this site at a level previously unfelt by myself. And while I have to believe that the silent naysayers were of no consequence to me or my writing, I can only imagine what it will be like playing host to only 259 readers henceforth.
You two—whoever you are—have made me truly sad. Now if you’ll excuse me, I will be getting back to not caring.
